Lease Summary: When our clients own their building, then out grow it and need to buy a larger building, we often encourage them to keep their smaller building and lease it rather than sell it. This isn’t feasible for everyone, but if you are able to do this, you end up with more real estate, and owning two is always better than owning one. This is exactly what our client called us to do after we sold him a larger building. We quickly procured him a strong tenant and avoided any double payments with his new building.
